1. Moving Heavy Equipment (UPS, Servers, Rack Enclosures)

Improper lifting of heavy IT hardware can cause back injuries, equipment drops, or physical damage. Always follow standard mechanical safety rules.

Correct Lifting Technique

Bend your knees, keep your back straight, and lift using your leg muscles—never strain your spine.
