On April 8, 2025, 18 trainees from ICTSM visited Nessa Illumination Technologies in Piplaj, Ahmedabad. The visit provided valuable insights into the company's innovative LED lighting solutions and smart lighting systems.
We toured the manufacturing facility, observing advanced production processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) and quality control measures. The technical presentation emphasized thermal management in LED technology and the integration of IoT for energy efficiency.
Special thanks to Mr. Navin Sharma, HR Head, for his warm welcome and insightful guidance throughout our visit. This experience significantly enhanced our understanding of the illumination industry and its future trends.
